Delivery and Shipping
1. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Element Creation is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages & Missing Packages
Element Creation is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
- If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- For missing packages marked as "Delivered," please contact us at contact.element.creation@gmail.com within 7 days.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently only ship to addresses within the UK.
Returns & Refunds (Custom Orders)
1. Personalized & Made-to-Order Items
Due to the unique nature of personalized products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun. These items are created specifically for you and cannot be resold.
2. Non-Returnable Scenarios
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for the following:
- Customer Errors: Incorrect spelling, dates, or names provided at the time of order.
- Size/Colour Choice: Choosing the wrong size or colour (please refer to our size guides before ordering).
- Change of Mind: Deciding the item is no longer needed after it has been manufactured.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing error (e.g., we made a mistake on the spelling or used the wrong materials), we will make it right.
- Reporting: Please contact us at contact.element.creation@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Evidence: Include your order number and clear photos of the defect or damage.
- Resolution: We will either send a replacement at no cost to you or offer a full refund, depending on your preference.
4. Cancellation Window
If you realize you made a mistake, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once the item has entered the production phase, we can no longer cancel or modify the order.
